Volunteer
Hands and hearts that multiply impact
Volunteers expand Judah 1’s capacity — not just on mission days, but in the steady work that makes safe, excellent aviation possible. Whether your gift is technical skill, administration, logistics, or encouragement, your time can strengthen the mission.
We look for volunteers who show up, communicate well, and care about doing things the right way. In aviation, consistency matters — and so does character.

Capacity

Excellence
From logistics to maintenance support, careful work behind the scenes protects missions on the front end.
Community
Serving together builds relationships — and strengthens a culture of mission-minded readiness.
Ways to serve
You don’t have to be a pilot to support mission aviation. These are a few common volunteer lanes:
- Ground operations: loading, staging, supplies, and mission-day coordination
- Logistics & admin: scheduling support, documentation, communication, data entry
- Skilled trades: A&P support roles, inspection prep, tool control, shop organization
- Hospitality: hosting visiting teams, meals, care packages, welcome/arrival support
- Events & outreach: booths, presentations, church visits, and local engagement
